Description
Take an emotional journey to Washington DC with 65 WWII, Korean and Vietnam War Veterans as they view their memorials to their service and sacrifice for the first time. Following the Veterans for over 24 hours, experience first-hand as this moving documentary tells their stories from an up-close and personal perspective. The Honor Flight transports our nations heroes at no-cost to the Veteran to visit and reflect at their memorials.
Director's Bio
Travis Weger is a former award winning commercial video producer turned documentary filmmaker. With over 14 years in the industry, he has written and directed hundreds of broadcast, internet and web based content for global brands, government agencies, to work archived in the Library of Congress. A military Veteran and current drilling reservist, he has dedicated his craft to highlighting Veterans and telling their stories.
