The 2021 Awards Celebration recognizes excellence in film in 13 categories including Best Documentary Feature, Best Narrative Film, Best Film Made by Military or Veterans, and more. Explore the 2021 winners.
The festival is organized by KPBS in partnership with the Film Consortium San Diego to present the Local Film Showcase. The festival is a proud member of the San Diego Veterans Coalition and the San Diego Military Family Collaborative. The 2022 festival takes place May 17-21, 2022 and is sponsored in part by Veterans United Home Loans of San Diego, Military Press, and Scatena Daniels Communications.
