Description

Satellite Drop is based on the true story of U.S. Marine Michael Johnston on his first tour of duty and the Sergeant responsible for training him at a remote Intelligence Post in Scotland. Things take an unexpected turn after the two learn they’ve been assigned Satellite Drop duty. Their task is to deliver a canister of intel to the Watch Officer before time runs out.

Director's Bio

L. V. O’Connell is a director with a background in visual effects and CGI. Based in San Diego, she’s been working in the film industry as a VFX artist and production designer on award winning films including: “Loser,” “Blindness” (now on Amazon), “Assessing Alan,” and the feature film “Mnemophrenia”. O’Connell’s recent film, “The Answer,” screened at Festival de Cannes 2017 and won an Emmy award.
