ABOUT THE FILM:

In a military world and a volatile region, we get to know Roni, a battalion commander, in the armored corps of the Israeli IDF. He is married to a beautiful woman, Ofri, who is an elementary school teacher. Ofri and Roni are undergoing a difficult time in their relationship, characterized by detachment. Under the macho visage of a military commander, Roni is hiding thoughts and doubts on the biggest day of his career – the day he is to be promoted to brigadier general and assume command of the armored corps.


FILMMAKER BIO:

Amit Hay Ben Shlomo lives in Kibbutz Rohama, Israel. He is 27 years old and a current member of the Israeli director’s guild. He previously served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force.
